Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Starmont Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"), a business registered in England and Wales at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By placing an order or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Our services are offered exclusively to businesses, resellers, and corporate buyers. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter contracts on behalf of your organisation.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise and exclude VAT where applicable. Quotes are valid for 48 hours from issue. An order is only binding once we have issued a written confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full on order unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, major card networks, and select cryptocurrencies. Late payment may incur interest at 4% above Bank of England base rate.
5. Delivery of Digital Codes
Digital codes are delivered electronically to the address you provide. Delivery is deemed to have occurred once the codes are transmitted. You are responsible for securely storing and distributing codes after delivery.
6. Replacement Guarantee
Faulty or invalid codes must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace any verified faulty code at no cost. This guarantee does not cover codes that have been redeemed, shared, or misused after delivery.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not resell codes to end consumers in jurisdictions where such resale is restricted, use codes for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or in connection with any order shall not exceed the value paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Intellectual Property
All third-party brands, logos, and trade marks referenced on our services remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name or branding without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with them.
